Contributors and guest authors will be what makes or breaks our journal. We look forward to your submissions.

Article Submission Guidelines

Contributors/guest author submissions must adhere to the following guidelines to be considered for publishing in Preppers Call printed journal:

• All guest article must be useful to our audience.
• All guest articles must be grammatically correct and free of spelling errors. We reserve the right to correct any grammatical errors we find.
• No guest articles may be self-promotional or include marketing links. A link to your website or recent book in your introduction is acceptable. If we find links within the post that mislead the readers, we will remove it and/or move it to a more appropriate place.
• All guest articles may include a 2-3 sentence author bio, which will be published at the end of the guest article. 1-2 links to the author’s website, blog or other branded online destination may be included in the bio.
• While we prefer original articles, we will accept previously published articles as long as you hold the copyright to it.
• Articles will NOT show gory photos or images
• No pictures of people or animals showing inappropriate amounts of blood.
• We will decide what is appropriate
• Pictures with no blood are preferred
• Pictures and images of minors will be shown tastefully
• Proper dress
• Youth and weapons will be shown in a safe and monitored environment
• No tactical or combat type images of youth
• No youth harming adults or other youth
• Self-defense images are ok if shown in a class type environment
• No pictures of gratuitous violence or suffering
• So basically, we want photos and images that are in good taste. With regards to this journal we will decide that.
• This magazine is about prepping not about whatever man-made/political reasons may cause us to want to prep.
• No politics
• No religion
• No prophesying
• No war mongering
• No racial references
• No hate references
• Just don’t attack anyone in your article or it won’t be used
• Articles to be written for short-term, mid-term, long-term, and extreme prepping
• Short-term Prepping – one day to three weeks
• Mid-term Prepping – from three weeks to four months
• Long-term Prepping – from four months to 18 months
• Extreme Prepping – for 18 months and beyond.
• Absolutely no plagiarizing
• If you are going to reference other articles then the following criteria must be met:
• Reference the article
• Receive permission to reference the article
